Veriler Onaltılık modda, Kod B modunda veya Kodlanmamıs modda iletilebilir. Kodlanmamıs modda veri letmek ayrık parça kontrolü sagladıgından nümerik olmayan karakterler de görüntülenebilir.
Özellikle tabelacılarda ve reklamcılarda kullanılan bu entegre birden çok ledi aynı anda kumanda etmede oldukça yararlı.
