To the exposure of printed circuit boards this UV printer with 4 pieces 15W of tubes was developed. It has a usable exposure surface of 42 cm * 25 cm with external dimensions of (L *B *H): (50 * 31 * 9.5) cm. The windowpane is a special quartz glass. This is available just like the aluminum side profiles of the housing at the company Proma as spare part and/or meter goods.
To the controlling of the exposure time and to the control of the 7-Segmentanzeigen a PIC16F84 micro controller is used of Microchip. In order not to have to stop with the next exposing the time again, with each starting procedure the adjusted time is written into the internal EEPROM of the PIC. With 240 seconds inclusive warm up period of the tubes the best results are obtained.
Voltage supply takes place over a cold equipment socket. A power pack plate produces the +5V supply voltage for the tax plate and carries the contactor. Thus all 230V components is present only on a plate.
